Happy 30th Birthday Yeahyo Daddy-O!!!

It's a birthday breakfast! We ate chocolate chip waffles until they came out of our ears!

Too. Much. Waffle.

The birthday boy's outing of choice...ESPN Zone.We had lunch, cruised through the merchandise store (Little Buddy needed a new ball), and strolled upstairs to the massive video game area. It was a Yeahyo Daddy-O's dream!

The birthday boy pitching to Mark McGwire. I'm sure there was a steroid joke here somewhere.

Super cool bowling lanes here. It was a little hard to bowl with just regular balls instead of bowling balls. The gutter was our friend :)

Yup, even Little Buddy got into it!

Old Man Yeahyo...2nd nap and counting!

The perfect ending to a fabulous 30th birthday! Ice cream cake, my favorite!

A Day at the Beach

Yesterday we went to the beach with Mommy, Gramma, Papa and Aunt Brenda.
Daddy had to work :(.
It was a warm and sunny day and we had a great time! We buried our brother's feet and he decided to eat some sand.

The Dunes

One of the really cool things we get to do when we finish our handbook in Awana is outings to really neat places. These are the dunes in the next state. Daddy went with me and we had a blast.

The giant footprints you see belong to my Daddy! He walked down the hill and I used all my strength to climb back up in the path that he made. I had the help of two nice walking sticks :)

This was the easiest way to get back down that really tall hill!! Mommy had no idea that I was going to bring a lot of this sand home with me in my shoes and clothes :)

I am now an offical Junior Ranger! Yeehaw!

Closing Program

Awana is a program at our church that meets every Wednesday night during the school year. Kids that are 3 years old through 6th grade get to be a part of all the fun! We spend our time learning the Gospel and playing games. At the end of the school year we have a closing program where we sing songs for our parents and receive awards. Here are a couple of pictures of our last night at Awana for this year!

This was my first year in Truth & Training. I recieved an award for completing my handbook. I also won a brand new bike for memorizing and reviewing 28 weeks of scriptures!! Now I need to learn how to ride it...

I finished up my second year as a Cubbie. Next year I will be in Sparks and I am so excited! This is me singing for Mommy and Daddy, "I'm in the Lord's army, YES SIR!!!"
