Long Morning

Hello everyone! This was a busy morning for me. Daddy woke me up at 3:00 a.m. to play. Play? Don't get me wrong, I love to play, but at that hour of the morning? A boy needs his sleep! So I reluctantly woke up. I had an EEG this morning and I needed to be asleep during it. The plan worked! I was a very good boy while I had electrodes stuck to my head. The good news is that my EEG came back normal! So now I get to stop taking my medicine! Unfortunately that probably means that I won't be getting my M&M's anymore. Maybe if I ask Mommy nicely then she might give in :)

During the EEG my heartbeat was irregular so my doctor sent me for an EKG. This is the picture you're looking at. I was hooked up and really didn't mind at all. Check out my cool hair sticking up from the sticky electrode gunk!

I even had my first dentist appointment yesterday and the nice lady cleaned my little teeth. Even though I got a new toothbrush from the dentist and a sucker after my EEG, I am ready to be left alone! Tonight is Trunk or Treat at AWANA and I am so excited. Stay tuned for some pictures!

My brother thought my driving was funny.

This is a little playhouse that has a loft with a slide at the top. I had no problem climbing that ladder and using the slide but my brother was too afraid.

I had so much fun playing in the corn. There was a small slide and lots of toys to scoop the corn. I thought it was fun to take corn and throw it outside. Then my sister decided it would be funny to pour corn over my head. I had corn inside of my clothes and it didn't feel very good. Mommy said that we would use it to make popcorn when we got home!

I decided to bury myself in the corn!

American Girl Place

Gram and Pop took me to the American Girl Place for my birthday! I now have the same outfit as my doll! My sister and I had a great day!

This is a raft made of tubes. There is a rope connected to each end of the pond and we had to pull ourselves back and forth.

I don't even know what a gun is and somehow I knew exactly what to do with it!

I got to ride with my sisters in the boat! My job was to ring the loud, eardrum piercing, bell without stopping...

This is something really funny that I do just to make Mommy laugh. I will start dancing around and then all of a sudden make this move and she will always laugh. I'll have to remember this next time I get in trouble!

Mommy's Birthday

We gave Mommy a great birthday! It was a day filled with laughter, gifts and yummy cake. This is the awesome Spongebob cake that Daddy picked out! It was so gooooood!

My New Room

I have a big boy bedroom! No more baby stuff for me!

(Mommy & Daddy are very sad about this.)

After a lot of hard work it is almost finished, yay!

I have to keep kicking Daddy out. He sits in the middle of my floor and just smiles, and he will not leave! I don't know what makes him so happy about this place.

Block Party

We were invited to a friend's block party. They had a whole bunch of fun stuff for us to do. This is Daddy and me playing a bean bag game. I tried really hard to get those bags into that hole. Sometimes I just climbed right up on that wood thing and shoved the bags in!

I picked some pretty hearts and they were painted in my favorite color too!

I waited forever in line to get this done and I was not about to wash it off when I got home. Believe it or not, this bear slept on my pillow with me. I'm glad it washed off in the morning!

The Park

We had a play date at the park with some of our church family. Unfortunately it was a bit rainy so the slides were wet. That's okay, I dried them off with my shorts :)


I take really good care of my little brother. He was so excited! We are on our way to the slide. I hope my sister dried it off for us!

Ahhhh, she did dry it off! We had a great time and ate a picnic lunch too. The rain won out though and we had to go home, soaking wet :(

Playing Games

Daddy is playing Animal Crossing. As soon as he sits down we gather around him and try to tell him how to play the game.

Cookies!

Mommy has not taken any pictures of us but she did take a picture of her cookies! These are the cookies that she made for a friend's bridal shower. Their last name begins with a "B".

She had to chase all of us out of the kitchen many times because we were mooching for cookies :)

I wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese for my birthday. I had a great time. I played lots of games and won a lot of tickets!

I am so ready for some cake and ice cream! Bring it on!

It's been a good day but I can't wait for MY birthday!

I'm 5! This has been the best birthday ever! Now I'm going to blow out my 5 birthday candles and eat some yummy Ariel cake. I will be asleep before my head hits my pillow.
